Wedel's Garden Center 2011

Kalamazoo, Michigan

 

Wedel's Garden Center in Kalamazoo holds a number of events each spring to educate their customers about flowering plants and gardening. Wedel's invited the Kalamazoo Bee Club to participate in one of their events. Bee Club members Craig and Sandy Fuller set up a display about honey bees and conducted a seminar about the role of honey bees in pollinating flowering plants. Cathy King, supplier of woodenware and equipment to local beekeepers also attended the event.
